Why do you want to do this?
I think it would help my self confidence and regular exercise would help lessen the depression. I like to be able to wear "cute" clothes and shop anywhere in the mall - not being able to do so makes me feel bad about myself and takes away a lot of things I enjoy.
I think this is a big part of taking care of myself - which I would like to do more often.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Keep track of calories eaten: Keep food diary with not just what was eaten but why and how it made me feel. Control binges.
Swap health foods for unhealthy foods in diet.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday. Yoga 5 days a week for an hour.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Self-control: getting control of emotional triggers to binges. Laziness with exercise.
As you progress with your goal, share the resources you find helpful with others who can also benefit from them.
