Because my mother is from Venezuela and the maternal side of my family is still there and I would like to be able to communicate with them.

Set aside time to study.
Focus on making studying a priority.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I tend to get sidetracked by other projects, so I need to set a time and start studying.
