Why do you want to do this?
I want to do this because I've been noticing some advanced slackening in my underarm area. For fear of bingo wings, I must to jog again!
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I need a running buddy! I will recruit a friend or a sister.
I need a full length mirror so I can check myself out.
I need to get into the habit of going into the gym, even if I don't have time to exercise.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
My biggest barrier is my stomach and my fear of people noticing my hairy thighs.
