Why do you want to do this?
I was thin when I was young, but I've never lost the weight I gained after having my second baby. (In the second picture I am standing next to my second baby. He is now 19.) I've lost weight a few times, only to gain it back plus more.
I want to finally lose ALL my weight and then maintain that weight loss.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I will need to learn to process stress and difficult emotions without using food.
I will need to plan ahead and prepare healthy meals.
I will need to stay motivated.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I'm an emotional eater, and I love carbs. Once I make a mistake I just blow it all.
