Why do you want to do this?
I love playing tennis and most of the time I play it's with my hubby. It gives us a chance to have fun, get fresh air and exercise all at the same time.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Planning one day a week (either a Saturday or Sunday) when we can play
Being dedicated to our plan
Psyching myself up to do it - probably get some new shorts :)
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Not being committed enough and subsequently making excuses as to why it cannot happen.
